Who We Are

Mark brings extensive experience in public affairs, communications, and government relations in healthcare and the nonprofit sector. He has deep expertise in public positioning, crisis communications, government affairs, stakeholder engagement, and brand strategy in the organ and tissue donation and transplantation industry.

Mark manages communications through periods of significant national scrutiny of the organ procurement industry, including Congressional oversight, regulatory action, and investigative media coverage. He leads legislative strategy across state legislative sessions, directs government affairs functions, and has developed multi-track strategic frameworks addressing hospital partnership engagement, funeral director relations, policy safeguards, and proactive public positioning.

Mark holds a Master of Public Health, has served as president of the Public Relations Society of America’s Hoosier Chapter, and serves as a PRSA Assembly Delegate. He is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
